Worthy of the grandeur of an empire, it is made with the most premium fabrics on the market, admirably hand-carved and finished in patinated 22k gold leaf. Its unique and imperial look suggests a close relationship with one of the most famous queens of England and Ireland, Elizabeth I. In fact, this art & design armchair is inspired by the Elizabethan period, marked by a strong movement of renewal in the arts. We recreated an armchair in a classic style but we introduced a radical change by renewing the styles between the back and the seat, making the armchair a unique piece of art. But the link is not only made to the reign of Elizabeth I and is also inspired by the queen herself, known for a strong, independent and assertive personality. These qualities are transferred to the armchair, an independent piece that does not need any complement to assert its importance in any environment. The Elizabeth I armchair will always be a unique and central piece, at times contested for its boldness, but always highly esteemed and respected just like the Queen.
